Vianney Massot is New Executive Chef for One-Michelin Star Bacchanalia
By SENATUS Magazine | 8 August 2018

One-Michelin-starred Bacchanalia today announces the addition of Chef Vianney Massot to its team. Born and raised in France, the 26-year-old chef began his career as an apprentice cook in Le Bristol Hotel, Paris, and has been working with culinary legend Mr Joël Robuchon since 2009. He was most recently helming the kitchen at two-Michelin-starred L'atelier de Joel Robuchon at Resorts World Sentosa.

At Bacchanalia, Chef Vianney will assume the title of Executive Chef and bring to the table his years of hard-earned expertise in French cuisine. He is also an advocate of using the freshest produce, a conviction that aligns with the restaurant’s. For the new menu mainstays, he will experiment with seasonal produce, sourcing and procuring them from countries such as France and Japan.
