Google Glass Begins Distribution

Google has picked 8000 people in the US who entered a contest and will be distributing its internet-connected glasses to them. The recipients will have to pay US$1500 each of these test versions of Google Glass. The company also took some number of orders from computer programmers.

According to source, Google is expressly forbidding Glass owners from selling or even loaning the device to someone else.
